Return & Exchange Policy
We promise that you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:
The product itself has quality problems;
The product was damaged during transportation;
The wrong item was sent, or the received product does not match the order, but it does not affect resale.
The following situations are not eligible for the "7-day no-reason return":
① Customized products;
② The product has been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on);
③ The product or its functional components and accessories show signs of wear and tear;
④ The outer packaging of the product is missing or severely damaged (except for unsealed inspection), affecting resale;
⑤ Products that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and which you confirmed at the time of purchase;
⑥ Other situations that result in the product being unsatisfactory and affecting resale.
How to Apply for a Return or Exchange
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons: Please send an email to the after-sales service center within 7 days from the date of receipt. Provided it does not affect resale, customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving the email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
For returns/exchanges due to quality issues: Please send an email to 📧 service@mail.yevtsjo.com within 7 days of receiving the goods. Customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
Regarding refunds: Please contact your chosen courier company directly within 7 days of returning the goods. Once the courier company confirms receipt, they will notify us to initiate the refund process. We will complete the refund within 15 business days.
